Before I got moved on after 20+ years, I saw my boss and other colleagues pushed out (normally by being told to relocate) but nothing near the recent scale (15000+ heads). I know they are having issues hiring treater truck drivers at the moment, among other roles, but attracting former employees, or any future hires is going to be a struggle with such a lousy reputation as a dependable employer in the energy industry. As a customer, I would vet every tender submission for employees with associate degrees and disqualify it on the grounds it does not meet industry standards.

My bet is Lorenzo who has the power to get post deleted to uphold his reputation for the company sipping whisky and rolling eyes here
Has anyone tried e-mailing that suit???
LOL
And if the "money is there" .. it's there when you hear about donations, plants shutting down because a "better process was formed" or "it's cheaper in Singapore," facility renovations, no wage increase to keep up with cost of living (pre-pandemic), employees "working" from home, making some departments in the company smaller for "cost & efficiency," and "suspending" college tuition reimbursement.
Nobody tries harder to fu-k over employees than NOV and it’s not even close. Baker is run by completely oblivious people from shop floor up but due to how pc it is they do make sure you have what you need when the money is there. With NOV you could be in the shop that makes the most money and you still have to share tooling.
Baker Hughes should hold their head up high with the way they have conducted themselves and how they have handled bod eventual closure
So much for being an open forum. Once again comments have been deleted.
There were no names mentioned, no swearing.
So who at Baker has the power to get these posts removed?
Extremely reliable... To $crew you over really good.
Baker Hughes "We do less with more" better than anyone
Lmfao!
Just saying "Baker Hughes" should have gave you the answer in black & white or a big neon sign telling you "unreliable."
Would you consider the Cvid vaccine 100% effective with zero negative side-effects??
