Curious how this CEO change will shake things up. At least with Jon Moeller, we had some sense of stability. I’m worried Shailesh Jejurikar might try to prove himself early by slashing costs and that usually means layoffs. Either way, next year’s not looking too promising from where I sit.

It is all a numbers game. Look at this years bonus numbers :) cut it so the bottom line doesn't look that bad to wall street!!
@3qq This company cares too much about employees so this layoffs is a welcome change. So many dead weights floating around. Without vendors work wont get done.
They are afraid to push out bad performers. Plenty hide behind rotation.
Too many meetings to get alignment & approvals.
Hopefully he starts with a focus on back to basics: caring about employees, consumers and the brands instead of just hitting the quarter while compromising the future of the company
