Neiman Markus future laid off workers shouldn’t be worried. Sax Fifth Avenue will be more than happy to see them working for them. They actually making hiring strategies based on Neiman’s sinking. Our best sales peoples and highly skilled workers being harassed, mistreated and pushed out after decades of dedicated work by incompetent and abusive Neiman’s management always will be welcomed at Sax fifth ave.

They did not say anything about their earnings from last year, upper managers traveling from store in one state to store in another state.Sales of belts, purses and valets are slowing a bit.Big pile of cash they got a year ago will be gone soon. Not hard to figure out what is coming.

Agree - it’s not Neiman Marcus anymore. Less help in the stores, hourly ambassadors who will come and go, and an erosion of the brand. We should just go online.

After covid. Dismantling of Last Call
The bankruptcy.
Buyouts.
Layoffs. Removal of staff to hire in at less money
Not filling positions.
Renaming of positions.
The "ambassadors"
Store closures... The company has about 9000
Employees left..in 2008 it had 17000..
There is little left for a mass layoff.. All positions are reviewed to see if can be done for less or outsourced routinely.. High wages or tenure are a liability.
It really isnt even Neiman Marcus anymore
