Everyone is talking about cuts. While some are looking forward to being on the list, I am still interested in whether it is possible to do anything in order to make my job safer and avoid being on the list this time?
I would definitely not like to lose my job before finding a better alternative.

@3lzk+1nx8NmiC most customers, including enterprise use eCommerce for their procurement. From Q3, this will be a key KPI for sales as well. Enjoy if you are not promoting online.
@3lzk+1nx8NmiC I said this some months ago.
Basically cheap labour with a yes sir no sir attitude who will bend over backwards and toe the company line for less money.
Change your workday gender identity to a protected class
@2rrm+1nx8NmiC I hope so.
@1kdu+1nx8NmiC they cut the folk that is 8+ years in company with higher salaries to take the grads that will do the operational job handling quotes and orders, as we proceed to move to "webshop" like ordering system. I want to see our enterprise customers ordering something in "webshop"...
There are new cuts coming in Q3.
In Emea we have been told all is well and new Grads in Q3/Q4.
Surely if this was the case we would have no more cuts in early Q3?
Just ever increasing unrealistic targets maybe which leaves to people jumping before the push?
well... cuts are happening. The head of presales for UK has gone. I won't mention any names...
Decisions have already been made. Just prepare your personal finances and be applying elsewhere proactively. Control what you can control, accept what you can’t.
@1vsq+1nx8NmiC And cuts have happened almost every monthly since October-ish.

Like the last comment said.Too late now.
All you can do is keep doing what you are doing.
Dont worry about about what you cant control.

These discussions and decisions happen well in advance of the actual cuts. If you were already placed on a list, what's done is done. :-(
