Work ethics definitely lack in the US. I would have no issue working 60 hrs a week on my salary. Only way to get caught up and stand out among your coworkers.

If this is true then that magazine has lost all credibility
They are upset because we all know he very clearly doesn’t deserve it. We know through his actions and business choices he shouldn’t even be allowed to be CEO let alone win an award for it. He should be on PIP
