First of all, if SB360 liquidates a store, that means they purchase it from Sears. Once this happens, liquidators don't have the option to "not show up" to a store that they just purchased. Ya, I just bought a new car in Cash, but I decided not to show up at the dealership to pick the car up. On second thought, even though I Paid for it, I'll just let the dealer keep it because I "didn't show up" to pick it up.
You see how ridiculous that sounds? SB360 Paid Millions of Dollars to purchase that store, but they decided to "not show up" and let Eddie keep the store anyway, even though they purchased it? Or something?
Translation = elevator guy got caught in a lie, and had no other way out of it. Please never click on his videos. He's just getting Paid for clicks and is laughing his way to the bank. Ignore him, don't encourage him.
The rumor regarding the liquidators showing up at the Fort Lauderdale Sears was generated by elevator guy to cover his bu-t after he announced liquidation sales at this store were starting and released a video about it lol.
Every fking store is rumored to close. Duh, captain obvious! In other news, the word "Sears" starts with the letter "S". I also heard a rumor that tires are made out of rubber. Enough!
This is a useless post unless you want to tell us the source of the "rumor".
The Fort Lauderdale store will assuredly close at some time in the near future, because there are plans to totally redevelop the 'Searstown' property. But that doesn't mean it is closing this week or this month.
Honestly I find it funny that Ft Lauderdale FL was supposed to close because the liquidator came in and didn't come back a few days later back in July 2021
Other words nobody cares all of the stores are rumored to close STOP telling us they are rumored come back and tell us if it's confirmed not rumored
