Actually, @3kpf+13t8FFEQ, wellness coaching has been contracted by hundreds of companies so someone will need to provide those services through the end of the year.
Anything deemed as non essential is at top of lists to cut. That is just basic business. Health and wellness likely fits as an non essential add on.

All health coaches at Optum new last year well ahead of time JPMorgan Chase was not renewing there account with Optum as of January 2020. More layoffs to come.
Why would you continue to work as a telephonic health coach at Optum. I did that job for 7yrs. Layoffs are always happening in that department and moral is terrible!
