Bonus was sh–, no RSU. Fat cat gave themselves plenty though. Lazy b–tards don’t do jack and expect us to carry company.

From employment agreement: “ No AIP award is guaranteed, and unless an exception applies as expressly set forth in the AIP Guidelines, you must be employed by Teradata on the date AIP awards are paid to be eligible to receive an AIP award”
Not true. I retired and got a pro-rated bonus the next year.
If you leave voluntarily before bonuses, you forfeit it. I’m pretty sure you sign something to that effect when you’re hired. The laid off folks just got a special agreement.
no direct deposit here..... Someone also posted about getting the shaft when they worked the full calendar year but left in mid Jan
I thought they said bonus pool was 125% funded?
I didn’t get anything direct deposited today. Anyone else?
@3ioi+19LpovoH - Re; AIP for the laid off folks.... they're being direct deposited to the bank accounts HR has on file Friday 3/12. How much it'll be will be interesting to see.... lol!
I was definitely wondering how the AIP for the laid off folks works. Has anyone received it yet? Do they send a check?
I thought the "we get screwed" was only said inside of CSS at the yearly meeting in Vancouver. One whiskey loving Director would get tipsy and then she would say it a lot.
Whaaaaat? Are you saying the fake "Teradata stock is rising and the company is making huge amounts of money" posts by the Marketing team on this site weren't true? (sarcasm) I'm sorry the ELT has once again shown who they really are. :(
HR (AC & M.e) told folks back in October during the last big RIF that anyone signed up for AIP will still receive a bonus in March since they worked the majority of 2020. According to the OP, it sounds like the folks they laid off will be screwed again?
