Coworkers have been let go in field sales
BMC is well overstaffed i reckon they will hit that soon - helix took a beating in April, but if sales are not there they will look again at that BU. trouble is the market is pretty down in AP.
I’m not aware of any news of layoffs but you just never know if you haven’t updated your resume yet it’s probably a good time to especially if ur in helix
What Business unit?
Apparently there are still people on ‘the list’ from last round that will be let go September/October if they don’t find the budget.
They hired a bunch of people who don’t have experience in the field and fired all the people with 30+ years at the company with no knowledge transfer….. I’d love to hear how these managers came up with this…
Be good if they layed off some of these id10ts that they’ve recently promoted beyond their capability.
I can see that happening the atmosphere at this place is now terrible.
Nope will now be every quarter if sales don’t improve
