@3gv similar on the hgp side. Exercise is expected to conclude before July 1. Just hope they have enough info on each person to be able to make an informed, unbiased decision to put the right talent in the right place.
HWP here. We are pretty much in the dark too. We were also told the org was falling into about a 50/50 split between hWP/hGP, but that wasn’t mandated… it just wound up happening that way. Now hearing organizations won’t be finalized until June.

None... my leadership was laid off.
Just seems like GP is adopting all of WP's policies

Not from WP, but our new leader who is from WP said at town hall that it would be 50/50 between GP and WP.
