I see more abd more final exit sales mostly western expats? Why is that? Covid restrictions or structured cut on western expats gradually not like last year?

My wife used to participate in managing the Sandbox Shopper, but too many locals snuck into the fray and destroyed it. The locals used it as a we---n to put pressure on Expats to give their items to them at cheap prices. She used to help out after I retired, but Saudis were threatening her. She quit.
Yep, You will most likely have to haggle your a-- off. That's why you should keep it simple with acquiring material goods and the nesting behavior while you are there. All that cr-p has to be, to some degree, unwound before exit. I learned all this the hard way.
@3guv+1c6JisHs agree 100%
Also best of luck to all those exiting. The most likely visits all you guys will get is from people from emerging countries haggling down prices to the last penny. Keep that in mind.
Try to set realistic expectations and those goods you find more valuable just ship them back home.
If you are planning on leaving, do so very quietly and do not trust any information about your plans with fellow expats. Expats that are loudly announcing their plans to exit are really hoping for your demise. If you can tolerate the current situation, stay as long as you feel comfortable.
A lot of final exit sales = A lot of final exits?
The company wants newer expats with a greatly reduced pay and benefits package to replace those expats who are under the more-lucrative plans of the past. A lot of older expats want out because the company no longer values them. Many are outright resigning or not returning from vacation. They secretly start selling their possessions.
The Sandbox Shopper is no longer being maintained.
More restrictions and mandates coming worldwide due to delta scariant uptick.
My guess is that the cons of staying out weigh the pros. Aging expat population? Time to go. Hurry and make your deals while the gettin' is good!
