I do not work for Altice but I was researching telecom/cable company stock prices and notice that Altice went from about $36 the middle of this year to like $15 currently . That's insane! The last time I saw something like that was with Frontier and you all saw how that turned out, right? What the heck happened?

- Sell to Charter and only then things can at least be normal. Charter will dump the Altice FTTH idea and implement there’s using the existing backbone system which is still fiber rich.
- Clear all upper management. Drahi cutting corners to fund his Europe entities is what causes no bonuses for all who deserve it.
- Altice should Sell the CabLevision footprint and keep the Suddenlink area only. This way that footprint Suddenlink becomes and interesting stock to others.
- Once the Cablevision footprint becomes part of the Charter stable, the battle against Verizon will intensify.
- The stock at $15 will rise at $600 and over once the purchase is done. Employees will have a greater flexibility to move around to other state’s were Charter exist.
- Get rid off those corrupt employees, starting from Project Managers, Director’s and up in the Altice side. Finally give them the pink slips.
We all hope the new year can bring greater relief for those employees currently in Altice. To feel better about working in a Company that acknowledges them for there talent.
Shamdemic? I had COVID in November, 2020, my brother had it in August of ‘20, his roommate had it at the same time. My brother, (lives in NYC) & his roommate, both have it, again!! Last September, I lost a lifelong friend to COVID. Please consider doing some research from a legit news source. Pandemic winter deaths are up 20% from last year from the new variant. Let’s stop playing politics & end this!
As of December 12, ‘21 there’s been over 800 thousand deaths from COVID in the U.S. alone. Get vaccinated, mask up & social distance. It’s not if you will get it, it’s when you will get it.
Get your shots!! At least vaccinated, you are less likely to die from it. Stay safe! It’s not a SHAM.
@3geh+1eeH7KaN
I wouldn't "concider" that if I was you
Look at the side by side charts comparison. Frontier crushes
Quality from customer service being almost entirely outsourced and customers not being able to understand overseas reps who don't know how to troubleshoot anything. To much internal outsourcing resulting in issue resolution delays. Customers that require multiple service calls or OSP techs to fix ongoing issues for months. I can speak to that as well having experience with needing multiple OSP techs a year to track down problems on a few DS frequencies. All of that and heavily overworked staff with benefits and raises that have been slashed over the years resulting in low morale. You can only cut so many quality workers, cut corners and slash so many benefits before the ship starts to sink.
@3geh+1eeH7KaN that's why you are a cable guy and not a trader.
A 3 year correction?
Stop spreading bad bews about the stock price if you don't know.. Are you buying the dip first of all? Look out of the box too. All the telecommunications companies are going down. Not just altice. Stock market has been in a correction. I'm concidering buy the dip because In production this company will go up with the man power of contractors. Watch the price for the nex 6 month
Those were Dexter’s excuses. It was a joke stups. Had to fix that before I got a lashing from the grammar police . Scab!
Those we’re Dexter’s excuses . It was a joke stupa.
Driving price to go private
pandemic did not force them to use contractors....YOU need to get your facts straight
Sounds like you haven’t done any research as you claim. If you did you’d know why!
Has nothing to do with a shamdemic !!! They want to go contractor based … quality of work has went down and also trash products .. fios gained a lot from Altice trying to penny pinch
We’ll the truth is the pandemic forced them to use contractors. And Verizon fiber was so competitive and a better service that people decided to switch. Can’t think of any other reason Altice would have lost so many customers. 🤔
