AT&T held numerous calls on Monday January 22nd announcing layoffs in Various Groups under Joni Arison... Such as Billing Ops, Payments, Fraud, Credit Collections and other Finance Groups. After the calls, everyone was informed that there would additional layoffs as letters were to be received on February 5th. Supposedly related to Span of control increasing under John Donovan due to a recent Reorganization impacting numerous groups. Resulted at 10-20% depending upon affected reporting group.
