Heard there were some individuals in WV who got let go last week. What is going on?

@3ff layoffs every year for 15 years. It’s always the same.
Layoffs in WV? This isn’t the automobile union, they ain’t coming back. This is straight up firings because they don’t fit in , under performers, or are smarter than their managers and directors (and I use that term loosely) , read the South Bow thread, same thing happening over there but I do know they got more of degen directors over there. One barely a high school graduate running Ops. Literally asks AI to spell his own name.
Is it true more will be cut early 2026? Fingers crossed!
Remember, nobody cares about your career as much as you do. So this idea that there's somebody out there who's looking out for you, who's going to make sure that you get that opportunity, who puts you in the right thing — great if it happens — but at the end of the day, nobody cares more about your career than you do.
Don’t be fooled people, your co-workers aren’t your family, your office isn’t a safe place and for crying out loud Hr isn’t there to protect and help you. Wake up please.
@p4 As soon as I hear someone talk about psychological safety or say there office is a safe space, I stay far away. Psychologically safe people don't have to tell you, you know from their actions. Protect your mental health.
Not enough let go. Good luck purging this cesspool or toxic employees. They kept some of the worst ones.

@OP 5% of the company. Lots of US based employees. Right before Thanksgiving.
@OP there has been layoffs in Houston as well. A Director in projects was let go, operations and PC.
