RTX really was in love with DEI, in recent lawsuits, and corporate wide de-commissioning of DEI, I hope RTX correct for pushing out all the males for females.

You have a lot to learn.
When only 5% females are in engineering colleges, than where would you find 50% to serve at RTX.
Engineering companies are run by engineers. Look what happened to Boeing.
Perhaps the medical industry should also impose 50% rule for male Drs and Nurses, and Staff.

I was the only black person in a team at Patriot BMC4I in Andover, in an engineering role that I transferred over from another team. My boss asked me to speak on being black at Raytheon and I told him to kick rocks, that I work engineering not HR. I also fired an indian kid who was a lazy b-m and all he complained about was the struggles of being brown
As a long time female RTX employee this was true, DEI was talked about all the time and when they introduced new hires there were very few white males. It was blatant. One of our hires in a technical area was fast tracked but come to find out lied extensively on their experience and was subsequently let go. I don’t think vetting occurred unfortunately in the interest of DEI. I know many competent female managers but don’t suppress one group for another.

I feel like many of these claims are speculatory at best. I was an intern (male), but RTX does factually advertise that they are pushing for 50% of their board to be females within 30 years–irrespective of the business side i.e. HR, which is dominated by females.
Other than this, many of the engineering side is primarily consistent [dominated] by male with a few females sprinkled in. I think–frankly speaking, but no hate–it is pathetic, as a "man," to complain about this. I think, inherently, the discussion discredits many people who may have deservingly earned a promotion. We do not know the criteria of these promotions, and ironically enough, if you are of the mindset of driving hate...you proved the point of not being capable of being an indifferent leader.
Unless you can provide pure hard facts, this is speculation, and serves no purpose other than building strife and distrust. If you believe you have been wronged, why not talk to HR and managers, or better yet, sue.
I am not judging the moral implications of this, I just prefer the numbers, except an extreme rare case. Complaining that very few females gain a possibly earned promotion is kind of an odd way of living if you ask me. As a young engineer; it is sad to see that far wiser and knowledgeable engineers decide to divide rather than actually build meaningful discussion. This is a pity party.
I watched several average performing females being fast tracked to management positions at Raytheon.
I know, several of my Male friends and myself, got DEI'D and our positions were competed was replaced by females..... what a shame, myself and several others left the because of DEI. They replaced a highly qualified Ph.Ds, because of gender.
Any news on this? Who sued them?
I doubt it. Office presence was.
