RTO in European offices

Checking in on the global RTO rollout: I’d love to hear from colleagues in the UK and EU offices. Has your local leadership confirmed a specific Phase 2 start date yet or are local labor regulations still being navigated? It would be great to compare notes on how the transition is being handled outside the US hubs.

INTL just got email that RTO is tabled for 2027 with well-in advance notice before it happens.

Nothing concrete, but rumors from rather credible sources that the plan will be implemented. But without any specific details. So it seems that RTO for international offices is a done deal, but no one knows specifics.

We genuinely don’t know anything yet and it’s driving us all insane

EU: As a9 mentioned, in February we received an e-mail reassuring no RTO would be required in Q1. Not officially, they mention that HR needs at least 2 additional months from now to look into it. We heard some gossip that we might learn the details in June, but it is not confirmed.

EU: Apart from February e-mail reassuring no RTO would be required in Q1(??), no official info or timeline came in. Colleague from another office got a request to confirm number of desks and chairs in their office to see whether RTO is even possible. There was a rumour at one point that UK will be first to go but someone on this forum mentioned this is not the case anymore?
