may 13th or 14th feels like the date. many teams are being unified by May 18th. the announcement should happen before May 18th since they won’t unify and then do layoffs.
Managers that have folks impacted were notified yesterday the date is 5/14

Have been hearing layoff rumors since the beginning of Q1. But nothing is public it. Are they doing silent layoffs to not to trigger warn notice?
@35c MT hasn’t been CTO since 2024. The CTO is AB. MT was head of the small biz group.
It’s happening. Not all leaders VP+ have been read in yet. Likely date is Wednesday 5/13. Will definitely be prior to earnings on Wednesday 5/20.

@3cf that could be for a number of reasons, may he different or better roles. There is no layoff news. Teams like futures are still hiring!

It’s a sinking ship. If you see multiple people left suddenly or see LinkedIn posts that they are looking for new opportunities, you know what is happening.
