TD hired managements from outside, they do not know a single bit of TD. For example, ATTD took over management of LTD, people hired from Global Foundry who knows nothing now became LTD General Manager.
Management is the key reason for experienced engineers leaving Intel.
The funny thing is TD is all H1B and DEI hires and have failed so bad that’s it’s nearly destroyed the company.

So what, some managers su-k. Some managers are great. If you can’t figure out how to deal with that as a mature adult then you have the problem. Good and bad managers exist at any company or organization on the planet. Stop being such a baby trying to blame others for your difficulties.
Shame on you ! The mangers are selfless heros. They are our champions! They don’t have secret agendas!
That is a feature not a bug. Given how poorly LTD has performed for over a decade now, anyone in-house is probably toxic, unemployable and not very bright. It had to be external. But whether Intel management made the right external choice or not is up for debate.

100% spot on. It was always there a little - the toxic, political climbers and somehow its gotten worse in the time that Pat has taken over. Feb 2021 was when everything (toxic management, poor decision making, ignoring data -etc.) accelerated at a significant pace. His stupid Friday videos became his sermon and the most as*kissing people stopped believing in data and only believed in Pat. Who is a snake oil salesman. Even now, some of these id--ts say the media, the company books -etc. are all wrong or just out to get Intel. Nuts to those that have blind faith in this.
I was thinking pat will clean up the management but he also became the part of the swarm. Why can't pat see these leaders are the problem.
