While we have laid off thousands of associates during the last two years and still counting, BD is promoting open roles on LinkedIn and other social media sites. Can anyone confirm if we changed our company's mission to: "Come join us, so we can then fire your sorry a$$!"
Maybe next time, don't lay off the few associates that are effective and deliver and get rid of the a$$ munchers instead!

Don’t forget this is a WOKE company that operates from CA! Tom only cares about himself, his money and his bureaucrat buddies! Been employed at BD for over 7 years and I have seen the worst as time goes by.

BD should layoff all corrupt and incompetent hires and use the money to save hardworking intelligent folks. But, they need to start from the top as that portion is beyond repair. After ruining the stock for 5 years, if Tom can still continue, that means BD doesn’t care for stakeholders, so forget about patients.
