FM has never had a soul... they've hired incompetent bullies for years. It always felt like some corporate survival show to me... backstabbing, cronyism... simply nasty. As someone once called it, it's a 'well-upholstered snake pit.' I concur.

The reality is that you can layoff 50% of the company and the business wouldn't skip a beat. We all know that.
