I work for one of NRGs company's. Can confirm many layoffs, just not sure how many.
Can confirm at least a couple hundred layoffs have already happened and many more to come.
Many in customer care roles losing their jobs apparently due to AI.
Layoffs today. Rumored to be about 10% company wide.
