This might be just a rumor, but I heard the ball is already rolling on it being in acquisition.
Besides the cash flow from actual product/service sales, how do you think the purchasing organization will get their return on investment? Here comes the synergies!
Comm most products are out dated, dying industry. If you are standing at potential buyer side, would you consider to buy old trash from leftover? Comm has $10B debt, like our country cannot pay it off, probably being forced by creditors to sell getting every penny back but whom will pick garbage?! Find new job should be better option rather than staying in a sunk ship.

What does that say when employees are praying we are sold off?? It's says ...can it be any worse with the current incompetent management that has been endured for years.
The hope is a new buyer will value and reward employees accordingly
So if CCS is sold, what's really left of CommScope? Just RUCKUS? HN went to Vantiva, OWN to Amphenol, and NCC is small and probably getting folded into CCS. That's a massive downsizing. Who are the potentital buyers?
