Confirmed in a Teams meeting on Friday that all employees who are currently meeting goal will receive a 1K bonus in their paycheck before Christmas. Employees who are exceeding their goals will receive $2500. Nice move by Allstate given all the negativity that’s been around the last year!!

The OP got busted by one of the phish emails from Cybersecurity saying "click here for your bonus". Didn't have the common sense to hit the "Report Phish" button. So decides to stir the pot with this post as a form of twisted vindication. #bebetter

As a manager it's been a very tough year for me. I've had to let go of over half a dozen direct reports, many of whom had very long tenures. While it was a tremendous opportunity to transition those affected to the next exciting step of their career journey, it's been very difficult on me.
Great news everybody! Just received an email from Allstate Nigeria! I need to kindly confirm my bank account info and my Christmas bonus will be deposited into my bank account shortly! They even said Tom Wilson will personally send a signed Christmas card once I verify my mailing address and ssn (for security verification purposes)

Yay!!! Bonus arrived in my bank today, they are going out randomly, NOT in paychecks. Anyone getting a bonus will receive it by 12-24.

Funny how even the trolls know they ate underperformers. They don't even troll us for the 2500 bonus but settle for 1k that was somehow delivered in the middle of a non payroll week.

Woohoo, just got my $1000 bonus, was hoping for $2500 but missed some key metrics……Thank you Allstate, it’s truly appreciated!!!
Although this was originally approved by HR, the vice president of executive compensation deemed this as unfair to highly compensated employees who would in effect get a lower percentage of their gross pay in this bonus than lower salary bands. Therefore this bonus was restructured to 0.32% of total compensation.

Here I am struggling to pay rent, groceries, my $6000 health insurance deductible, and $1500 car insurance bill (loyal Allstate customer for 15 years) and I am #blessed by this news!
