Yet another re-org is under way and you may get a new manager starting in the new year, around feb. There are plans for moving people around and also layoff after current sham end year process. Most will be 3s or 4s to negated bonuses. Ratings already tabulated so beware.

There will continue to be reorgs until we get some valid leadership that knows what they're doing. Citi is a big money grab for "consultants" who swoop in with the next great idea, only to fail, wash/rinse/repeat. Just another form of theft since the folks selecting the "consultants" are paid big $ under the table.

I think this is going to be ongoing for the next couple of years. Don't believe the bull that "the reorg is all behind us". It's not. Tough times are ahead and if they are not telling you this then you've got a real dishonest manager and senior team. My manager is a lying crazy @$$ politician. His manager tells you straight. You just have to find the non-bull$hitt3rs which are few and far between.
I think is vague because most people get vague information. They have been talking about moving us around and letting go of some of us for months. A month ago my team was told our time was up by the end of the year. Now is unknown because the team that is supposed to take over has no capacity to handle all the jobs we usually do. I'm hopeful I get the layoff because I want my pain and suffering money. So tired of this sh1tsh0w!

Someone makes this claim every month. Without some details, such as a time frame or location…meh…its too vague. You might as well say “things are going to happen”.
