Thread regarding Apache Corp. layoffs

Apache Stockholder Loss

Apache is now down over 50% in the last 3-4 years. Why do we still have the same management and same lame excuses for loss in the value of our company value. It is not the operating costs that are the problem it is the lack of leadership and development of basic ideas like waterflooding, surfactant flooding and eliminating the poor Lubbock grown leadership that has driven the value of our stock in a downward spiral. We need to empower our foreman and leadership in the field to create value and quit letting JC and crew run the company in the ground! When will our BODs, see the loss as leadership driven instead of field operations driven!

@2z3 Management definitely pushed Aim Up, after their horrible Project "DECEND". The VPs on up to the CFO & CEO are the problem. They are running the company into the ground as they are running to the bank!

@dw to those thinking the Aim Up days was a time of utopia and meritocracy, I have some bad news for you.

It’s really sad when you’re excited the stock surpasses $20. Even though it was short lived

They will prob keep their jobs until the company gets sold or they retire at old age. They like to lay off people on their 50s, too “expensive” but not them. They have no accountability. In their eyes they are never too rich.

Remember when the former CFO wanted to unitize AH? Brilliant, idea, Mr. Burns (Simpson’s reference, mods.)

Too bad the Aim Up days are long gone. Management thinks they know more than those in the field (and everyone else).
