Haha yea amazing how some folks think the max still going to be our multi year cash cow. And meanwhile the “skins” are cracking off on our previous cash cow. The 737 dropped 20000 feet
I am laughing when you guys talking about the Max flying soon. Even if FAA let the Max fly right now no airlines even want to take it. Everything is collapsing soon and this is real. Take care of yourself and love each other, amen.
They're so delusional about the max. I remember last year they thought it would be flying by November. We look at them like they're crazy.

Keep everyone working shoulder to shoulder and they will not have to layoff.
Coronavirus:
Michael Osterholm M.D., Ph.D.
Director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the
University of Minnesota School of Public Health.
To whom it may concern:
The public needs to understand that a vaccine or cure will not be
immediately forthcoming, and that things will get worse before they improve.
The expected death toll here in the United States is 485,000
In the next seven months.
To put that in perspective we average 45,000 automobile deaths annually.

The condition of Aerospace of Employment at Boeing:
This topic is a national security interest and was recently disused with congress.
I have no idea of the details but from that level, the matter of layoffs may be
above the Boeing Board of Misfit Miscreant Monkeys pay grade.
Aside from the pandemic, there is something Afoot when considering the defense budget and the clandestine congressional bunker drills used in the continuity of government program.
Layoffs or Die-off, most people will dwell on Layoffs.
These worthless mba better demand their money back. Obviously they can’t even understand the sunk cost fallacy and how they are playing it out in real life for the history books
buckle up.. here we go
$90 or less stock price is very possible, but I doubt layoffs will be on 3/26. The Boeing executives are going through what is called the sunk cost fallacy. Similar to the guy who gambles his life savings away in Vegas, the Boeing executives have a desperate, white knuckle grip on its current employees. They don't want all that money they spent keeping everyone around to be a waste, so will take down the entire company before they step back and snap out of their delusional, desperate and stubborn mindset. So no layoffs until everyone is laid off. Good job Boeing executives. Way to make sure everyone loses instead of cutting costs and letting some of your workforce go for now in order to survive. I bet the executives have a masters in business yet they will make the same mistake as a Vegas gambler. Hahaha it's unbelievable
@2bsz – And now this –
Mutable incidences, known failure point,
Inspections every 1500 cycles are required.
The FAA said it was too early to know whether the frequency of inspections
should be increased.
Please see AD at FAA.gov
3/26 stock will drop below $90 notices will go out on the same day. Looking at the news and charts, just a prediction?
And now this....

Right on I was going to guess August or September, but hopefully you're right and it's June. It'd be nice to get the whole summer off. Did the troll say he thinks the MAX will be flying again in 5 years? I don't think it should be in the air at all, but if the trolls right there's absolutely no doubt there will be layoffs. Boeing barely survived one year are you kidding me
I also like how the troll conveniently didn't say why he's on here. What does he think we talk about on here? And he compared getting laid off to doomsday 🤣🤣 wow. Calm down troll, Boeing is not the center of the universe. Thank God it's not. All you have to do is update your resume and apply at other aviation jobs. It's not hard. Seattle is a hub. Settle down
OK. Here it is my bet: Thousands of layoffs before the first of June 2020.
Your bet? None. Good luck.
That's what I thought. You can't answer. It's been a year and no layoffs. This time next year if there are no layoffs, you will still be predicting layoffs. If the MAX is back in the air 5 years from now and there are layoffs, you will say SEE I TOLD YOU SO.
You people are so full of sh–. Yes, there is bad news, yes it does not look good, yes there is doom and gloom. But all of that has been the exact same situation for 12 months now, yet, there have been NO LAYOFFS.
You keep on predicting doomsday and you will be looked on just like the crazy b–tards on the city streets that predict the end of the world every year.
Don't let those tin foil hats get too tight.
Perfect! I couldn't have gave him a better answer.
I will add ...
He asked if it is going to rain in 15 minutes or in an hour ... I don't have a crystal ball but look, the clouds are dark and the wind is picking up. It will rain today no doubt. Prepare!
@1gco+13YodZ0J I know you are just going to give me a smart a– comment or a non-answer...but I am going to ask anyway.
Why are you on a Boeing layoff website if it bothers you to hear layoff predictions? It's been nothing but bad news for a year. Nothing but fines, delays and monkeys and clowns I've updated my resume and I'm ready. Can't wait
How many times does the MAX recertification have to be delayed before you start to believe there will be layoffs? Hint: your answer should be a number
@1ejq+13YodZ0J I know you are just going to give me a smart a– comment or a non-answer...but I am going to ask anyway.
It have been well over a year since the first crash. Almost a year since the grounding and there have been no layoffs.
How many months (hint: the answer should be a number) before you believe that there will be no layoffs?
Of course, I can believe that.
Stupid is, stupid does, now and in the past.
Until stupidity is no longer sustainable. Then the layoffs will come like a stampede.

India is having major problems getting its first locally designed carrier,
the INS Vikrant, into service. The most obvious problem is getting
jet fighters that can reliably operate on the Vikrant.
India initially selected the Russian MiG-29K but deliveries have been delayed
Because that aircraft turned out to be a poor choice.
{We don’t need no stinking study}
There are also problems with valuable equipment already installed in
the Vikrant is being stolen.
The thefts included several computer systems.
Getting replacement parts proved difficult, as well as getting a proper
investigation into the thefts. {We don’t need no stinking badges}
India’s attempt to build an aircraft carrier is, as expected, over budget and
Way Behind Their Schedule.
The Vikrant began construction in 2009 and the plan was for it to be launched
In 2010, {We can build an Aircraft Carrier in 12 months} How hard can it be?
Fitting out was to be completed by 2013 followed by sea trials and entering
Service in 2014.
Things began to go wrong early on; By 2011 there were several major problems
With Indian suppliers that delayed deliveries.
A growing list of technical problems encountered by Indian suppliers of Key
Equipment led to more delays and by 2016 an audit of the project concluded
That it was unlikely that Vikrant would enter service in 2020 and that 2023 was
More likely, but not guaranteed. {Do You Think}
You think Boeing is Run By More On’s
(Waite until they try Carrier Operations > Monty Python Move Over)
Negotiations to buy the F-18 actually began in 2018 as the
Boeing, began making deals with India firms to build some F-18 components
and assemble the 57 Indian F-18s in India so they could be declared
Made in India.
For Boeing, this is a $15 billion deal but it is no secret that working out the
details with India is more of a marathon than a sprint.
With the new F-18 assembly operation India will feel confident in buying
more F-18s, which many export customers use mainly as a land-based fighter.
Do Not Sell India F-18’s
The Reasons Are too many to list
Boeing announced layoffs on Friday. Every department has to be reduced by 10% within the next week.
Yep it's that arrogance at work. We'll see how it goes, I know I wouldn't invest in Boeing for a LONG time. Even IF the max gets recertified, they can't ramp up production immediately. The supply line is not what it was. If they try I hope someone cracks down on Boeing they've done this before and they obviously can't be trusted. Not only that, they don't even have anything to compete with the Airbus 321neo XR and XLR. Where's the NMA? The XLR has 5x the orders the max 10 does. Boeing needs a new CEO not Muilenberg Jr, a new board and about 10-20 years to fix this disaster. Can't say go for zero anymore guess it's go for 2 now
Yea well they still think there is a chance to get that max back in the air.
