@4wdz+1gcAleV5...."At least we know the outcome will be thorough, accurate, and precise with no stone left unturned", ...that's great so if there are no material findings you will accept the results of the investigation. Fantastic.
@3cwe+1gcAleV5, maybe JC knew the whole thing was BS!
New crib comes with 3 hots and a cot for the cry-babies that are publicly whining about being “snitched” on. “We can’t steal and lie to the membership anymore. Snitches outed us.” Really? How pathetic. We thank you for that though, the arrogance combined with ignorance has made everything so easy. P.S. You boys aren’t liked as much as you think you are. So many people could not wait to talk. This time to a federal investigator, not JC from IUE. The ex BA stopped JC from coming when he was already in Albany, then went further had JC stopped from investigating. That might be the moment a few people regret listening to one man’s BS. I’m guessing there will be far more serious consequences as well as serious charges since it’s been federal agents investigating than if JC with IUE was allowed to continue with the investigation. At least we know the outcome will be thorough, accurate, and precise with no stone left unturned. Federal agents have access to so much more than JC ever could. They will do whatever it takes to find the truth, that’s the whole point of investigating and why it takes so long. I guess it worked out for the best.
@2glm+1gcAleV5, I'll feel free to comment as I see fit. peoples lives are in order to be 100% to creditable with me. that's how I roll.
gaslighting
@2ikl+1gcAleV5, he who sh--s in his nest has no right to complain
Who needs credibility when there’s clear cut evidence? White collar crimes are about following the money. It’s funny AF that you think anything is based on someone’s word. Federal agents will not meet with anyone unless that person can show them (prior to meeting) that they have concrete credible evidence that crimes are being committed. Feds don’t have time for any he said/she said BS. They certainly haven’t been sitting around talking for 3 years, they’ve been gathering the evidence needed to make their case. Again, arrogance and ego is what always leads to a narcissists downfall. They do it to themselves. Best entertainment ever.
@2glm+1gcAleV5, anyone that hides behind BK laws and has assets available and doesn't liquidate them is a scumbag. sure the BK rules say your pension and some home equity can be protected in BK but a man, liquidates it all and then pays his creditors. If not, they are playing the system and have ZERO creditability.
Who said ex-union officer settled asap? Suit filed in 2018, it’s been public information the entire time. He didn’t settle asap unless you call years asap. In fact, he upped his charges and filed a new suit including company and union. Newspaper picked that one up. Can’t lie when it’s public information.
Media will pick it up after the investigation is complete. When indictments are handed out and arrests are made. It’s almost show time. I guarantee that. Believe me or not, it doesn’t matter. Nothing will stop what’s going to happen. It’s been a long time coming. I have a feeling a lot of people are going to be very upset that they believed one guy’s BS. He’s going to be angry that all his DIRTY secrets will be known.
That’s a loaded question. People who use bankruptcy as a tool to get out of paying their bills after ringing them up are wrong. That’s not what it’s meant for. Bankruptcy is meant for people who have unforeseen events happen in their life which make it impossible for them to continue to afford the bills that they could afford prior. Abusing the system is wrong, using the system the way it was meant to be used is good. It’s why it’s there. It’s why companies, corporations, billionaires, etc. utilize bankruptcy often. Although one could argue they’re the ones that abuse the system. Most people who claim bankruptcy pay their debt back through monthly payments, debt is not completely forgiven for everyone. So no, I do not think bankruptcy is for scumbags. Now, if someone chose to embezzle money, launder money, or misappropriate money that was not there’s to use, all to benefit themselves, THAT person would be what I call a scumbag. As for a veteran, regardless of what a law states, a person who knows they’ve been dishonorably discharged from the military yet continues to claim veteran status is one of the worst type of scumbags there is. They are weak and should be ashamed of the fact that they’re using that title. That title is for honorable men and women who have served the country with integrity, courage, and strength. It’s certainly not for weak cowards with such little integrity that they run from their duty. Scumbags steal, lie, manipulate, and cheat the system to appear better than they really are. And they HATE being called out and exposed more than anything. Appearance means everything to them. That’s why the end of this investigation might be particularly hard on some. It’s easy when you have truth (with proof) on your side.
@2ncg+1gcAleV5. The media loves dirty laundry, so I would think if there was any substance to all of this, there would have been a mention of it a long time ago...
@2ncg+1gcAleV5, Obama signed H.R. 6416 in 2016 allowing dishonorably discharged Vets to call themselves Vets. Here's one for you, theoretical of course, say you agree to pay your bills and you don't via bankruptcy are you not a liar, thief and scumbag?
Hmm. Seems as though you’ve been given quite a bit of wrong info. I’m not surprised. Lies are their go to. They don’t like the truth because it shows who they really are, not who they pretend to be. BTW, can someone call themselves a veteran if they went MIA and got a dishonorable discharge? So many lies to be corrected. Way too late to stop the train, wheels have been in motion for a long time. The truth is coming out soon. The media will be picking this up as well, no doubt. Stay tuned!
@2dek+1gcAleV5, your original theory is that GE offered paid-time as "no work" time-off for union officials, especially the ex-BA. If everyday off was requested by GE and the ex-BA can prove he conducted actual work on behalf of the union, including crafting or reviewing the CA :-), that is perfectly legal. If it wasn't the Int'l would have taken over the Local long ago. They've done it in the past at other Locals.
@2dek+1gcAleV5, my head doesn't race, accept for any fools that might be listening to your non-sense.
Please reword: Original: "Don’t forget that a law suit filed by an ex BA against a union member forced private union info. to be given to outside hands such as the lawyers and judges instead of keeping it in house" Should be: "Don’t forget that a law suit filed by an ex BA against a ex-union officer, defending slanderous comments against him, forced private union info, whereas the ex-union officer settled asap, to be given to outside hands such as the lawyers and judges instead of keeping it in house.
Ha. Doesn’t mean no answer. Some people are better off having their heads race all day and keep them up at night.
@2nsl+1gcAleV5, I'll take your answer to mean you have no examples....crickets
When people commit crimes they don’t announce it. They don’t tell the truth. They lie, manipulate, and try to cover their tracks. Sometimes their arrogance and “I’m untouchable” attitude (and possibly their dr-g problem) makes them get sloppy and proof or evidence gets left out where everyone can see it. Don’t forget that a law suit filed by an ex BA against a union member forced private union info. to be given to outside hands such as the lawyers and judges instead of keeping it in house. Once it’s out there and certain people see it, they can’t ignore it. It’s not a surprise or coincidence that this happened right after a lawsuit is filed. It’s then up to the federal investigators to collect the evidence and make a case. That’s why there’s been an investigation going on 3 years now. You’ll know everything soon enough.
@2pxm+1gcAleV5, cite even one example!
The money is the membership’s money. Embezzlement is a crime against the membership. Any misappropriation of those funds is a crime against the membership. Your thinking is incredibly small. You are so out of touch with reality. You’ll see.
@2umy+1gcAleV5, lol, "crimes against members", really. They may be guilty of individual crimes but what is the crime against the membership? You elected them and you by-laws allow them to enter into agreements. Put your big boy pants on please!
Embezzlement, money laundering, tax evasion, extortion, etc. The guilty parties are to blame, nobody else. Of course, criminals always try to point the finger elsewhere. However, with white collar crimes the evidence is irrefutable. The company is not closing it’s doors but I guarantee they’ll have a few positions to fill when it’s all said and done.
Incompetence runs the union in Schenectady. It gets worse and worse while egos get bigger and pockets get fatter. The fact that grown men are crying about being “snitched” on for crimes against other union members says it about the level of intelligence within Schenectady. Nobody would be scared if nobody was guilty.
@2drw+1gcAleV5, the CA isn't in jeopardy, unless new union leadership tries to tear it down, then the whole site is at jeopardy
2vkn+1gcAleV5. GOOD...The sooner the better. Schnectady has turned into a swamp of incompetence. Shutting it down would be GE's best option.
Hey, PERIOD. Scared yet? Should be! They know it ALL!
Well, the company is who requested changes to the CA. So…there’s that. If the CA was negotiated in good faith, if there was no criminal activity, if a few people didn’t sc--w everyone for their own personal benefit then there would be nothing to put the CA in jeopardy. People will place blame where it belongs when sh-t goes down unless they were part of the problem. The company will not fold, but I can guarantee they will get rid of the trash.
PERIOD. Hmmm wonder who wrote that. You should be on this website at this point.
@2efm+1gcAleV5, All previous agreements stay in place, PERIOD. New union leadership trys to change things and GE accelerates closing Schenectady. Your BRILLIANT!
Again, you have no idea what really went on. Maybe you think you do or maybe it’s wishful thinking on your part. You don’t seem to be able to comprehend how big this got. Either you’re not a criminal or you are and you’re hoping nobody found out. I don’t know, I don’t care. I know only a portion of what went on between the union and company, I know it went on for years prior to the CA as well. The people who matter now know as well except they know everything. They’ve just spent (almost) 3 years collecting evidence and making their case while the fools continued thinking their untouchable. No doubt their arrogance made it easy. You’ll know soon. Hold tight.
@2ygn+1gcAleV5, CA "Consolidation Agreement", = improved flexibility of the workforce for GE and the ability to do more work with fewer people. A tremendous accomplishment by the previous union leadership.
Here's what you don't get, if funds where stolen, that matter would be between the DOL, NLRB, GE and the Int'l. I'm telling you that shipped sailed. Moreover, if GE asked the ex-Local BA and certain members of his staff to not report to work to hammer out the details of the CA or any other agreement on Union Business/GE paid that is PERFECTLY legal. Now if those funds were later spent illegally that's another matter and the FBI could be involved in that regard
What is this about? And what is CA?
You have no idea what’s about to happen, completely clueless. Exactly as it should be if you’re who I think you are.
The obsession with the CA continues. There were dirty deals between the union and company and the authorities absolutely know. August of this year will be 3 years of investigating. The company found out and did what they had to do and forced certain people out of their positions after the disaster CA was created. All who signed it are no longer in their positions for a reason. The company tried to cover up the sh-tshow those fools made. It was obvious. To be fair, maybe your extra special beloved CA will stay. I don’t know, I don’t care nearly as much as you do. But, it most certainly was “negotiated” in bad faith. There’s no question about it. However, the CA is small potatoes in comparison. Nobody cares about the CA as much as you, I assure you. It’s a known sh-tty agreement that has proven to be a failure. Changes are being made as we type. Hopefully the current people can tweak and fix what the others screwed up. That’s the extent of my care about the CA. I do care about our money being stolen while we’re being lied to. That sh-t I do care about, many others do as well. Do you sleep with a copy of the CA under your pillow? Kiss it at night? Good Lord, for your sake I hope it ONLY gets fixed, I don’t think you can handle it being completely thrown out.
@1fot+1gcAleV5, Your post embarrass you. There is no question, never has been, that the FBI may bring up some folks up on "individual" charges. My point is if there was some quid-pro-quo between GE and the ex -unions leaders, that's not the exclusive venue of the FBI, the NLRB and DOL. Attention, @1fot+1gcAleV5, they haven't brought charges and won't. I could give a damn if all the ex-Union leaders rot in jail. I want you to acknowledge that all the deals reached between the ex-Union officers are legal and won't/can't be reversed. That's your real goal always was been.
Going from “they’ll be completely exonerated” to “a slap on the wrist at most” to “only personal charges.” LOL!!! Your confidence has faded but you’re not ready to let go of hope. The line you draw keeps changing. But nothing changes the facts. Facts are what I have. Union and company are fcked. Funniest part has been that those clowns genuinely believe they aren’t in any trouble. Despite warnings literally spelled out, etc. It’s been strange watching the fools stay as arrogant as ever while knowing what I know. If it’s not arrogance then it’s extreme ignorance. The only thing I hope for is when it’s all said and done, I hope you think of all the defending you’ve done and feel as stupid as you’ve made yourself look. Because you are absolutely clueless to what 301 and the company were (are) about.
@1bhp+1gcAleV5, yes "Other Dude", the one other kids refused to play with at school, etc. If he wins, he wins, if he loses (no convictions or pleas for roles as union officers..i don't care about personal charges) I hope to he-l for once he shows some class and QUITS.
@1psu+1gcAleV5 sounds like someone implicated in an investigation....
