Too many chefs and too many cooks.
Then we are onto poor and weak management. No accountability! Can't make a decision as a manager? No problem, just kick it to the next one down the line and hope they'll stick their name to it.

The thing is, management do not care. They are here for one thing, the money. Just here su-king any bit of life left in the place, out of it.
No idea when they'll see that it is only a matter of time. One thing I'm sure of is that the good days here are long gone and my opinion is that those days will not return and not even in the next 10 years. The place is finished under CommScope. The rot has truly set in.
Anyone staying should hope for a buyout and hope that they're not seen to be surplus to requirements.
The job market is on the upswing, so it's only a matter of time before everyone leaves for better opportunities.

How do you get this last 4 replies to someone that care, like to investors whom lost millions, , without getting filtered by hr and some of the worst management team ?
The company needs to concentrate on the talent left and start making an effort to stop the loss of experience and knowledge.
Won't be long before they stop attracting potential employees to the company as well.
More people leaving than there are joining.
Hr need an over haul ,starting at the very top. Just beyond insulting how employees have been treated in recent years and their head in the clouds
Maybe there are too many Chefs in the kitchen but none of them no how to cook !! or its like having 10,000 Spoons when all you need is a kn--e :-)
