Toxic management will tell you that taking on these "extra projects" will get you ready for the next promotion. They'll take credit for your work and that promotion will never come.
Waiting to be part of the next round of layoffs.
Well, they'll be cutting a lot more people next week I think. We will find out during our operating model meeting.
