The willingness of the moderators to delete posts at the insistence of the c suite make this site both useless and pointless. I will expect this post to be deleted as well.

"Seeking help will be very useful"

Says the the BillyBo ButtLicker posting the exact same thing from post to post. If you are really trying to help people, give them the link to the psychiatrist that made a difference in your life.

The OP is a cchronic complainer with narcissistic tendencies, full of grievances and hate, who delights in trying to make everyone miserable while trying to convince everyone his view is the only correct one.

Just ignore - that will really irritate them.

Nothing can hurt my feeling - you sure about that - you come on very strong when it’s clear posting over and over again the same thing

Seeking help will be very useful - being tormented needing to post the same things is screaming for help

"Awe hurt your feelings"

LOL -- there is nothing on this board that could hurt my feelings. But it is obvious my statement hit a little too close to home for a Billbo ButtLicker like yourself. Enjoy the brown treat on the end of your nose!

"Trying to help people get the mental health treatment"

Your laughable with your self-indignation and gaslighting. How about you share some links to the doctors who treated you if you are really trying to help!? Never mind, it is obvious your doctors did not help you since you continually post the same senseless drivel. How about you get off a site that was created to complain about companies and just go FYS instead!

Trying to help people get the mental health treatment is not an obsession it’s an act of care if the talk track had any creditability posting same thing over and over again it would be engaging

Talking about BO or s-xual orientation points to state of someone’s mental state

Get some help you will get TFC out of your head and find peace

Whoever it is in here (yourself, perhaps?) who's following posts with critiques, saying things are "of no value" and "repetetive", and repeatedly telling others to go post elsewhere, and then actively works to have said content removed...such conduct could be considered to be that which:

"threatens, harasses, or bullies or encourages others to do so"

It's hypocritical, and cancels out any "credence" your badgering might have, when in throwing the content rules at others in your repeated attempts to shut down dialogue, you yourself are violating said content rules, yourself.

Following posts around on a daily basis, and almost as soon as those posts are posted, just so you can once again say how you don't approve, and that people should go post elsewhere is just lame. It also causes one to wonder what motivates such dedication to this cause of yours. Do you get paid for being TheLayoff Hall Monitor, or just get a tingle in your Underoos off of the "power" trip you fool yourself into thinking you're "achieving" here? I daresay if you'd dedicate such energy and consistency in effort to righting the ship of your place of business, maybe it wouldn't be such a mess!

A layoff board is going to have its share of people who are not pleased with how things are happening for them. Common sense. Common expectation of what is posted. A layoff board is a place for people to vent and discuss unpleasantries. For you or anyone else to try to control the narrative just because fragile egos don't want to deal with the truth, defeats the purpose of this board's existence.

Censorship = using intimidation tactics, bullying and harrassing. Censorship is what people do when they're not only failing to control the narrative, but when they've lost the plot, entirely.

Here's something repetitive for you: Read the Room!

Agreed.

It's also interesting to see which content prompts them to go into censor mode, vs. other content they let slide. Speaks volumes, in how they prioritize covering their own a$$e$/massaging their personal insecurities, over turning things around positively on a business level.

Even so, stay strong and steadfast, keep speaking truth, and don't be intimidated by evil.
Merry Christmas to you & yours, and be sure to have a very Happy New Year!

Keep in mind, they words of William Ernest Henley, in his poem, "Invictus"~

"Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.

In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.

Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds and shall find me unafraid.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate,
I am the captain of my soul."
