Calling all Schwabbies to stand united with me on boycotting the Glint survey to demand change. We all know that there hasn’t been any positive changes implemented from our poor survey feedback. In fact, rather than listen to us they decided to use our feedback to retaliate against us. That is not how Schwab culture used to be and we are not taking it anymore. Instead of sending back poor scores that they will do nothing about this time let’s not send anything back as a big middle finger back. It’s time for employees to own our tomorrow and not take this anymore

Disheartening to see people caving. Glint is the only way to say bite me. When the response is lie and ignore you should bite back.
Not anonymous. Not voluntary. Bad scores=principal’s office.
When people understand, then maybe all 5’s from everybody would show how this is pointless.
after the survey results they make a slide to present to the Board on the results - they don't want to have to fudge the results to the Board - ha ha!
they are non anonymous - they know who responds and how you answer
Maybe we all just give 5 out of 5 to every question. We haven't seen any improvements and some people are retaliated against. Let them pretend everyone is happy.
My Manager has already told me to give positive feedback in my 1:1 and I will do so because I don't care. All questions 5/5. It took a bit longer to comments here.
That's why it'll never happen.
Remember that old movie "Extreme Prejudice"?
"Right way's hardest, wrong way's easiest, like water takes the path of least resistance. So you get crooked rivers and crooked men."
This is so lame. That your manager is being pressured to get the scores raised. Expressing concern why the scores are low, and applyong pressure to find out what is wrong, and see if corrective actions can be taken bt management would be the right route.
My manager was lectured by the bootlickers above him that there would be "consequences" if he didn't raise the participation level from his team for this "voluntary, optional, anonymous" survey. Beatings will continue until morale improves!
Haven’t completed a glint survey in years.
Doesn't matter either way. I've never seen a firm so uninvested in employee feedback.
I have not completed the survey since Q2 of 2023. It is worthless and useless. They do nothing.
@1byj+1v1tRTkY: that is accurate.
I was told today, in so many words, to score high because if I don’t it negatively impacts my manager. Yes, it was that blatant.
If you are 6 - 12 months away from having a sabbatical, you stay. End of story. Take your 4 weeks plus optional 2 weeks of vacation, and then you bolt.
To the person or people referring to the sabbatical and the other benefits being such a draw to stay with Schwab, how would you feel about working in a healthier environment with good basic benefits minus the sabbatical?
My Manager, Director and MD sprinkle SchwDust and turn all constructive critical feedback into Toxic Positivity. Only a SchwH0le does that.
I would actually suggest not boycotting it, but fill it out accurately regardless of the consequences of it not being anonymous. Come what may!
Too late. I already filled it out and by default submitted all 5s, strongly agree, for all 21 questions or so. I want to avoid another follow up by my leader with my team on how we can analyze the steps we need to take to ensure our voices are actionable. No thank you.
Silence speaks louder than words. I’m in
On board. But these clowns will see a 10% drop in participation and blame Halloween.
