@2wpw, Interesting ha? Thanks for working for Intel for 20 years, here is some money but don't ever come back here again. So much for those that drink the Intel Kool-Aid
Take the buyout. All it means is you can go to work for any company in the world except Intel.

- Stoned MTs breaking equipment when doing PMs.
- Stoned MTs running tools incorrectly & misprocessing WIP.
- Stoned MTs watching YT all day (but better than breaking tools & misprocessing)

- Stoned MTs on break and nobody to run priority WIP.

You can get fired if your manager gives you SSL4 RSU's
No one will hire us!

Toxic environment filled with self-preserving pre- madonnas.
Working with colleagues that can't find job in other companies.

Well, since you call out 10 reasons and can only list 3, sounds like you are a perfect fit for Intel.
I don’t know why you are getting downvotes. What you say is true. Perhaps we have a hard time facing the truth
Employers generally avoid Intel employees.
Be glad if you dont have money in SERPLUS
Yes this isn’t going to fix anything. It will get much worse and cycle will repeat. It’s the death march to the end for us
