Two dollar difference….

@2wop+1cwcAGV3 I'd rather look for a job and leave now while the getting is good. My region has sparse job listings for IT at the moment so I need to look now instead of wait for the winter season when no one is hiring over the holidays. I'd rather have the comfort and security of another job than a silly severance package. Fu-k Ascension. Ascension is only trying to make us stay for the severance package because they know they're fu---d when we all leave beforehand and there's no one to train our eventual replacements. HCL is already asking us in interviews how we run our department. Why do they need to know that? What purpose does it serve? If they're all hiring us in, why do they need to know the policies and procedures during a job interview?
@2ful+1cwcAGV3 - Just make sure you hang around long enough to get the severance package...
@1fqq+1cwcAGV3 Not to mention, everyone in my region in FS hasn't even gotten an interview set up yet with HCL because HCL isn't even returning calls or emails...how is someone even getting an offer already? This is bu-----t. People on my team who have been there for 10+ years are earning around $30. They won't take less, especially now they're being deprived of PTO days and increased cost of health benefits.
They've got job interviews next week, and I've only just started looking myself. We all had a private internal group meeting and we're all leaving sooner or later..just when we get suitable jobs elsewhere. We're more than happy to let Ascension reap what they sow.
The reason the original post is so sparse and really makes no sense is because a rep from HCL posted that and they can barely write in English. They probably think $25 is some sort of windfall when really that is cr-p!
This could be more propaganda. I'd not give it anymore attention. They should have replied by now and they haven't...so I don't believe it.
That would be a 50% cut in pay for some. Care to elaborate OP?
Are we talking $25 an hour and that's more or less than what you currently make? The rumor mill over here has it that HCL makes FS Salaried so they can have us work more than 40 hours a week without OT.
Offered people? Dollars? Wut?
Which role? Is this higher or lower than AT?
