Why hasnt this been updated yet? With the vast amount of vaccinated people getting covid the policy needs updated. They are still differentiating between vaccinated and unvaccinated as if there is a difference. 90% of new covid cases are from vaccinated people now. But the policy still allows someone who is vaccinated and exposed to test negative and come back no quarantine. But an unvaccinated employee must quarantine 7-10 days without pay?!?!?! How does this make sense with what we are seeing across the country. Looks like a discriminatory lawsuit to me.

@2vza+1exMqSPG Obviously the vaccines don’t prevent someone from getting covid as much as they lesson the symptoms and overall effects from the virus. So yes the vaccines do work and this has been proven. Verizon just doesn’t and shouldn’t be responsible if an employee gets covid that is not vaccinated and dies from it. That is the entire narrative and nothing more.
I see someone from vz has started the thumbs down responses especially for the realistic store verbatims. It's quite obvious that the thumbs up response was at 100 to 95 percent 24 hours ago,
@1zor+1exMqSPG- "employees are getting covid left and right. Vaccinated and unvaccinated it doesn’t matter."
So, you admit vaccines don't work.... That's thee only sensible statement you made. Glad you people are starting to see reality.
This may be a hard concept for some... get over it. Some of you are acting like Covid is worse than it is. Millions have had it and are fine. They're actually laughing at those who fear it so much. If you don't like working in person with people, quit. With the way stores complain on here I would close them all down. People can use the website or call Customer Service. No middle person needed, which is the stores.
In 2020 we follwed science. Now we follow the money.
These dipshits don't give 2 craps about employees, all about the $$$, we have unmasked people waiting for 1-2 hours all day everyday, coughing and breathing on us, not social distancing at all, I literally have people stand right in my space, I move 4 feet and they follow me, Iove to the other side of the glass on the counter, they flow me around the counter, you can't make this sh-t up!! We have3 people out with covid and 2 on stress leave, 2 to 3 people working all day everyday again with 1-2 hour wait times, we offer telesales and on line as we have nothing in stock, but people sit and wait for us to order their sh-t and pollute the place with their germs, dm refuses most days to go to reduced hours, and we have shut down a few times because of lack of staff, then the d-mb a-s dm sends people to other stores to work, so we can drop some covid in another store. The company needs to figure out wtf they are doing.
One of the most depressing things of this whole Sc-------mic, is the realization of people that your thought were smart, are just not. This clearly has been difficult to digest personally. Only about 5% know the truth.
A rep told me if he didn’t callout yesterday he would have had to work with 2 mgrs from 10 to 6 in a very busy location in NYM. There are no words to describe the incompetence and lack of judgement in regard to employee safety and welfare. How could you even consider working in those conditions. He said he would not show up even if they provided an armed guard. So Verizon has a policy of 2 people then they can open for 8 hours.I see they put the employees first every time.
We have our entitled dimwitted customer s take seats to do content transfer, instead of at home for 30 to 60 mins with no masks in a small store while there is 60 minutes wait times in the queue for phones we don't have during winter. Mgmt tells me that they don't tell the customers about lack of stock because there might be opportunity?yes people getting angry and employees dropping like Flys calling out ,the store was closed yesterday 5 callouts. I'm not sure if it is covid or employees morale at 0 dealing with the state of the retail stores?
No one even made up any facts. You're taking a page right out of the shills handbook.
I love the made up facts around 90% of new cases being vaccinated lmao. Have to lie to get attention. 84% of all new cases over the past six weeks and 94% of the last 12 weeks have been unvaccinated people. Add on the fact that that 98% of the deaths over the past 6 months have been unvaccinated people.
You a silly goose, opie.
Mebbe the zircon strain will be yours alone.
The corp and government overlords realize that their time is running out. Can't have the plebs being off work. Actual headline from today "Dr. Fauci: CDC reducing Covid isolation time guidelines will ‘get people back to jobs" They don't care about you and your family and acting like they care is part of what got us into the mess no matter what side of the isle you are on about covid. They have known the vax was largely ineffective for some time now and was a mute point. "Some of you will live, and others will die, that's a sacrafice that I'm willing to make"
All I know is that stores are starting to shut down again because employees are getting covid left and right. Vaccinated and unvaccinated it doesn’t matter. We need to go back to store capacity limits and force set up at home. The super spreaders could be waiting around for an hour or two while their “ stuff “ is all moved over. The amount of stress this is causing in the stores is ridiculous. One store closes and it pushes more customers to another store. I’m getting to my own breaking point.
