2021 Bonuses (lol)

I'm hearing that 2021 bonus targets are going to be much lower than previous (especially for LAPC). Anyone have any good info on this? Anyone know if we're even going to get a bonus?

It is a shame that one year after the merger we are still talking about legacy Oxy and legacy APC. It should just be OXY at this point. All parties should have been equalized by now. What the hell is going on here?

LOXY Management and staff tell lies constantly
They are jealous of the LAPC staff packages and are doing their level best to destroy them
Latest attempt is to align the differing bonus pools so LAPC staff get a haircut and LOXY get their sh–ty bonus
VH has lied to all APC staff from the get go
She is an awful CEO and is driving the combined company into the dirt for her own narcissistic pleasure
She should quit along with the entire BOD

The poster below you was implying that since the company was no where near its financial goals and no where near its operations goals, how can anyone say it was a successful year to warrant a bonus.

You can wipe your behind 100x but if the TP is still dirty, you still stink at the end of the day and you have pewp on you. That's where Oxy is right now.

LAPC here and in case you didn’t know Oxy did not give us personal goals for 2020. Despite that most of us with good work ethics are still doing what we think is best for the company every day. Per the below reference if there are people not performing during WFH I hope their managers are addressing it so those losers don’t ruin it for the rest of us.

Id be more worried about your family and children and how people you've persecuted are going to pay you back before any bonus. You persecute people for being born differently and cost them their career and affect their family, but the bonus is what you are worried about??! Typical unbelievable Oxy.

I would not expect one at all. If the year ends up where it is now I would say nothing at all. The bonus these days is having a job with benefits. I will be happy to not take another pay cut if things get real bad again.

Hate to say it but not a single person will get a bonus. Very few if any will even be given a cost of living increase.

No one or even parts of the company can say they really completed their original 2020 goals.

How can they give bonuses with the company in such terrible shape. A better choice is to grant phantom shares or LTI shares vesting over a three year time period.
