Thread regarding Teradata Corp. layoffs

Teradata Vax Lawsuit

The EEOC has approved a class action lawsuit against Teradata for patterns and practices of discrimination against the non-vaccinated. If you or anyone you know experienced discrimination or was actually or constructively terminated because of vaccine status, you may be eligible to receive compensation. If you would like to be part of the class action, please contact TeradataVaxLawsuit@protonmail.com

We are aware that Teradata HR trolls this site and that they may be responsible for the removal of the two prior posts regarding the class action. If we find this to be true, we will include this as demonstration of continuing retaliation.

LOL - most of the people I know who got Covid were vaccinated and double boosted. And they were spreading it more since they were told they could not infect others. How does me getting vaccinated protect anyone? The vaccine was rushed out, you can't deny that and nobody knows the long-term effects. If you chose to, great. If I chose not to, that's fine too. Move on already....

If anyone here actually read the material for their mandatory HR Anti-Discrimination Training, they would know OP is right. I bet most of you just click through as fast as possible and don’t even understand what is right and wrong.

@9ech+1iV6Uc0u, you couldn’t be more wrong. Everyone filing suit is doing so for being denied based on medical condition. Per the ELT, no one was given exemptions for any reason, even with doctor notes. This happened to me and it’s why I am personally taking action against them. This thread is biased solely in one direction—the woke against the disabled.

This is gross. There is a difference between those who didn't want to get vaccinated due to politics and those who couldn't due to medical conditions. Looking at the messages here, those who didn't want to get vaccinated due to politics are the ones leading this charge.

@9jik+1iV6Uc0u EXACTLY! How dare my "my body my choice" co-workers want a lawsuit because TD was trying to do the right thing for all of us who work in the SD office, or for the ones who have to travel there. Considering the level of toxicity here, I'm not surprised one bit about this level of selfishness.

It's not "your body your choice" when you make others sick. No one said you couldn't work, you just couldn't go to the office and get people sick who get their at-risk loved ones sick. Jeebus, no one is willing to take any responsibility these days. It's all about me, me, me.

The pro-vax HR lobby here doesn't realize that the EEOC has already determined there is sufficient grounds for action including investigations and lawsuits. When these cases actually get into courtrooms, the employers almost always lose--even the military. It's gonna be fun watching your heads spin because you drank the kool-aid and turned on your neighbors.

This isn't "my body my choice" - you were not forced to do anything - if anything, this is "their company, their choice". not saying that is true, but it is more true than the previous malarkey)l

When did believing in "my body, my choice" come to mean you were "right leaning anti-DEI"? Lol.

Sounds like this is coming from the right leaning anti-DEI folks we're fully aware of who work next to us here at TD. This will be fun to see how this plays out! Also - RIGHT ON @1lll+1iV6Uc0u!

Seems like a lot of HR Trolls here. You don’t have to read anything. And every post here is a dumpster fire because many people here think the company is a dumpster fire. If Teradata is doing what OP says, they deserve to be punished according to the law. You’d think employees of a progressive, inclusive company that wants you to “bring your whole self to work” wouldn’t be so bigoted to others.

OP: Publish this on the newspapers. This site is only to vent frustration after a long and bad day at work.
don’t come here for dumpster fires with your smores kit.

Found the HR rep. Only the ignorant and bigots cannot imagine a situation where someone cannot be vaccinated.

Friendly reminder that it is a violation of the National Labor Relations Act to interfere with an employee seeking representation.

Troll alert. If an actual class action was approved by EEOC, there would be a proper announcement by an real attorney or a firm with a proper contact info, not just some vague info and bogus mail address posted just on one anonymous forum board.
Be careful, it seems that someone is fishing for personally identifiable data.
