@2ses+1661a75I Probably because they signed a previous contract and they were probably paid. But any future deals with them is not likely to happen.
That is an interesting point. If Transformco is so broke and allegedly isn't paying liquidators, why are more than two dozen stores still going through that process with an outside consultant?
The point of this is thread is because people were debating whether they are still doing liquidation sales because even the liquidators weren't being paid.
