So they got us down to a skeleton crew, and now it’s just individuals getting hit and not backfilling when anyone leaves?

I hearrrr Some CCO folks and training got released of their services …as expected since the moved all the work to other countries. Update your resumes… because it’s coming sooner than later good luck 🍀 to us all ❤️
So many good people leaving, they never replace, and those left over exhausted from overwork.
I'm a former employee who left in the last few months. I finally sold all of my fiserv stock that I have held for more than a year. It feels good to be rid of it before it sinks.
My department coworkers that are remote have been waiting for a year for an end date. They keep saying soon. No idea how long they need to wait to hear their fate. It seems no one has a plan.
Some folks are being told they will be let go in March 2025. The stupidity continues.
We appear to on a significant downward trajectory.
Other former and current associates are saying to get out.

They have already decided which bank cores they want to survive. Sounds like your product is not a go-forward product.
So yes. They do want your product to fail.
Within the last 9 months, 4 people left my old team (1/2 the team). No backfills… I don’t get it. It’s like they want to fail.
This next round sounds like it will be within the FIG group. Mainly RM’s and Sales folks who aren’t near their client’s sites.
They have a few more remote people targeted to get the axe.
Help is definitely not on the way.
