declarations and predictions. LOL.
We are know where these are coming from.
These people need to move on. Dell is not going to hire them back.

Dell hasn't stopped hiring college grads since the layoffs started. Everytime they lay people off in 2 weeks we get a new hire joining to take over the open account set. It's insane. I can't wait to hear the feedback from tell dell but I'm starting to realize people are upset but to leadership they say how happy they are lol not sure why they bother, it won't save their jobs haha
OP continues to be mad that people are talking about layoffs on a site called The Layoff made specifically to talk about layoffs.
@2qxa+1t2M134K Now say that again so we can understand it.
@2dbb+1t2M134K Do we really think the company is too concerned if a less experienced colleague "new grad" upsets a customer if their compensation is far less, likely not because they can use someone else to assuage the customer's concern & move on.
BTW, weren't most of a once new grad hires ready to forge our own careers? It is generational turnover, and for many of us it is now our turn, so get used to it.
The customers are already clueless and reach out to Dell for help... let's replace people with 20+ years of experience with fresh college grads that have zero experience. Great way to pi-s off customers and drive them to competitors.
I was just in RR3 and saw new hire class of straight out college. Total was about 20-25 people. Yes Dell is hiring. They’re cheap. Dirt cheap.
Actually Dell just hired 40 recent college grads. I have to do new hire training with them in the next week.
I am tempted to tell them that the first thing they should do is apply for jobs at another company since this one has no longevity.
Dell is not hiring anyone
OP you sound burnt out. Take a break.
OP would like for you to get off his lawn
Yip.
