things that i notice that are ki----g macys rapidly and it will only get worse.
1:Postmark is selling used clothing for a fraction of what it was new
2: thred up is also doing it
3: Macys sells junk now and no name brands and is lacking anything hip or cool
4: Old staff is being fired for d-mb reasons as they user in the useless
5:long time managers are being kicked to the curb for new "innovating " positions
6: Hyperinflation and food and gas cost will strain the dinosaur more
7: shoplifting and Lp cant do anything about it the big Loss with get worse
8: Malls are turning into ghost towns full of nothing.. the food court is only bizzy
9: The ceo is more concerned with world events that has nothing to do with the company or him
10: drones , drones and more drones... Amazon is set to launch death from the skies.

Been a while since Sears closed in my area. Honestly the product selection might have had a very small percentage similar to what Macys has. Not seeing the cheaper brands other than Last Act or Backstage but haven’t really analyzed it that closely. Customers looking for help and lack of Associates around to assist and the constant AP issues really hurt the stores with theft, especially the lower volume sites where they have less people. I’ve posted this before, can’t tell you
How many times customers ask me for help and I’m a vendor.

I used to work at Sears. Some of the brands I'm seeing at Macy's now were at Sears, especially Sears stores that were closing. The number of vendors who would sell to Sears were limited and many were COD. We've actually had customers notice it too.
