Can we get more info on the severance package for the latest round? Somebody mentioned 6 months' pay and a full bonus, which to me sounds a bit too good to be true. Can anybody confirm this? Shouldn't it be dependent on time with the company? If anybody would be willing to share, that'd be great.

14 weeks severance pay for US
@2pgr+1f25QFyO way to be worldly and educated. Caring about people’s welfare/all stakeholders and not only about stock holders does not mean to be a socialist country. But I do not expect you to understand since you have never left your state.
I wonder if it's still possible to apply somehow for layoff on these terms.
APJ person after 3 years got 6 months plus placement services. I heard that is standard for that region now
Teradata has no chance in socialist countries .. pay decent package or get laid .. it’s too expensive to layoff employees in Netherlands or Germany ..
Because Teradata has to pay a lot .
All those lucky folks in NL and GE .. enjoy your retirement.. lucky Bstrds!!
I confirm it’s the standard package in Nordics region regardless of levels .
Heard from Ex colleagues and ones going out getting this package.
6 months
Full bonus for the year

Based solely on current grade associate regardless of time with The company. Changed to this about six years ago.
Number of years * monthly take away * 0.75
It was not nearly that generous. More like 1/2 of that, at least for me. Not dependent on time with company at all.
if it was nordic countries, it would have been true.
Its actually based on country or even state in USA and so your mileage will vary.
