What PSG level do the folks who come out of the Chevron MBA program start with ?

@Hy7qVq0-1dov, If they were all butthurt bigoted losers like you who can't keep up with the rest of the workforce at GOM and knew that the GOM managers were on to them being a useless piece of deadwood, then they would start really low and go down from there. Next place for you is out the door. You can take your ball and cry all the way home, you poor little butthurt baby. It's so bad that the GOM group know that you are useless so you have to bash them with every post. Remind us to cry you a river.
If they minored in work place bigotry and hypocrisy, they would be open for any pay grade in GOM.
I guess if you are an MBA from Stanford or Harward, they would probably be brought in at a 23 at least
It used to be 23 for commercial development program.
Chevron don't need no stinking MBAs. The percentage of MBAs at Chevron is the lowest in the industry.

21 or 22, depends which program you come in on. Finance MBA is 22, the others are are 21 I believe. At least this was the case last year, may have changed though.
