VRP is Back

VRP to be announced on May 1.

Looks like this is step 1 before a bigger lay off.

VRP is a math exercise. If they don't have enough takers...layoffs will come afterwards. Ask your boss and your bosses boss if you should take it. The company needs to cut headcount as it loses customers and revenues. Its called circling the drain....

@2nz+1jswze0bn reward for who? Shareholders that are holding their bag from $30+. Trying to average down and get out of sh-t stock and company? Layoffs started going out. Company is down the toilet. Leadership under Luciano needs to be replaced. Start with the clueless leaders in the NOC and the people in Canada that never use their corporate office.

Doom and gloom here as always. Things are looking up though. Stock is sky rising to almost $3/share. Leadership is in it to win it. Trust the plan guys. The reward is on the horizon. Persistence is key..

Actually it seems like nobody is running the company. Maybe that's why they got the ai. Just a matter of time...

I overheard a VP tell people in his group that he didn’t care how early you come in or how late you work. He’s a 30 something year old little punk with zero leadership skills and no idea what his team should be doing. That’s the kind of people running the company in case you didn’t know.

40+ people in the NOC were laid off starting June 13th. Anyone not taking the VRP is actually brain dead. They don't care about you. There are people that have worked their a-s off, worked through breaks, stayed late, worked on special projects. All laid off with no consideration at all. Full restructure coming to the NOC teams.

I’m of an age and well into my second decade here, had my job title been one of the eligible ones for the package I would have had my paper work signed and turned in the day I received it.

I'm hearing from people that are very close to retirement that they may not take the package. People that are a year or two away from retiring anyway. Take it and run. If you need medical benefits go find any job willing to pay medical. You were going to retire in a year or two anyway. Altice is giving you an out. Chances are you will be laid off anyway if you don't take it.

A few years ago PD tried selling off California and all the Suddenlink markets but after letting those markets literally fall off the poles no one would even offer what he paid for them in back in 2015 and he was asking twice what he bought them for. And now after a decade of neglect they are wanting to upgrade those markets over the next two to three years, more than likely to try once again and sell them. PD will never get his money back on the markets in the West let alone make a profit from the sale because he let those markets fall into such disrepair no one would entertain taking on that headache.

They want to get rid of the small markets like California, they don't want to deal with the regulations. Plus they have no experience in those markets to run or even figure it out, Arizona as well. If you have 15yrs or more take the money or you'll still end up in the unemployment line.

Entire leadership under LR is a disaster including himself. He was an epic failure in Rogers look it up, and is now bringing the same losers here to magically create a winning team lol. Good luck!

Creditors in the U.S. will not be so quick to exchange debt for shares in a company that everyone knows is swirling down the toilet. PD better have something else in his bag of tricks if he has any hope of salvaging this catastrophe of his making in the U.S. If liquidation and bankruptcy are the only thing left then I would say we are a year or two before that process even begins. But in the mean time this company is still bringing on people in Sr Management positions that have no real world experience and those people are continuing to drive the company into the ground even further.

No chance of an acquisition until a forced bankruptcy and liquidation event. Debt wall is insurmountable and leadership cancelled the talks with creditors.

The worker bees get no more severance, you will just be told you are no longer needed and shown the door. It happened in the design group a few weeks ago.

Directors and up? Sounds about right. SR Management will get a nice fat payout and the rest of us will just be shown the fu@ken door if there are cuts anywhere else.
