No regurts?
@2nyp Some of the managers have been heard saying in the past that a management position was the safest position at the RR, and then along came Vena.
Some management will receive railroad retirement and managers pension, that's why. Duh!
Maybe because they expect to get sh*t on as agreement but now that they see how non agreement is
sh*t on and fired why would they even think about stepping up?
Because they’re more comfortable pointing fingers and less comfortable being responsible.

Instead of putting Senior Managers down, why don’t you step up and make a difference if you think you have what it takes.
What is a repirt? Someone please explain this one to me.
Fake
So do you. I am sure you tell your boss everyday that you aren’t going to do what you are instructed to do, but instead do what you want. You would not have a job for long anywhere. Pretty much everyone that works for someone else is a yes man, that’s union and management alike.
Hope it’s true senior managers do nothing to help improve the company all they good for is saying “YES SIR” like puppets
There is no such thing as the Omaha Journal.
@too Thank you for making another pointless post.
I hate to be a little black cloud, but if any of the spelling, grammar, and construction of sentences used on this Layoff forum sets the tone of things, I can see why a lot of people are let go or laid off. The grammar used here shows most people, including grunt workers and management , that they did get through school or college. I rest my case.
