Price is low enough as a target acquisition. Bloated.

This is looking more and more likely.
Lots of PE firms having a hard time with moderate interest rates...bc may never have gone into software in a six percent world.
we can't pay the debt and stock is sinking not sure how we can acquire anything now. If interests rise even further we are doomed.
You lack the big picture. Intel won’t be acquired by anyone. U.S. government will not allow it. Its fab is the strategic asset for US in case war broke out in Taiwan.
VMware is trash, but tbh Intel is even worse. Both were led by clowns anyway
I hate to say I told you... but I told you. The world of semi-conductors and AI, regardless of what others might say, is going to heat up. Demand will continue to grow. We are going to see more staffing cuts for optimization reasons and cost cutting in the sector that are all lead ups to acquisition and merger announcements later this year and early next. I'm not giving financial advice or telling anyone to jump ship before staffing cuts, just watch to see which companies stock is bucking the market trends and climbing. It's very revealing.
Intel cut 15% of work force. They making themselves more attractive for acquisition.

You aren't thinking like a business leader. Debt can be a good thing if managed properly. Broadcom's strategy is to acquire, then aggressively slash all costs, and keep only the profitable streams of acquisition targets. Intel is a bloated mess that could benefit from 'the slash and burn' of a Broadcom acquisition. There is tremendous value in Intel's patents and production facilities, but the organization overall is fat and bloated with do nothing middle managers and executives bleeding the company dry. The synergy of Intel combined with Broadcom's portfolio is clear to all. Regulators around the globe may have a different take on such an acquisition, but those corrupt tools are only looking for what they can rake in for their corrupt nations by permitting acquisitions and mergers... I know that's cynical but its reality.
No way, we are in trouble even now with our debt with VMware. Who will pay VMware coasters huge RSU packages and separation agreements if we take even worse s**t like Intel.
Cost cutting measures and downsizing of staff across multiple divisions at Broadcom over the next couple of weeks/months could be groundwork for a substantial acquisition. Anyone's guess who it might be though.
I’ll take it!
