Picking and choosing

The way my store handles attendance write ups is prejudice and unjust, picking and choosing who you write up based on gender, race and status is not okay. Oh and you dare not speak on it because that will earn you a target on your back . Just lost another hispanic team member today because of attendance meanwhile two other caucasians team members that should be on finals have moved on ,one to another department and the other TM will be filling the Latinas position .This type of leadership behavior puts a target on everyones back . Seriously. What's it going to take a Stop N Shop Incident .SMH. Come on people right is right and fair is fair several people have brought this problem to the table and some how or another they have been let go . Have some dignity and lead by example stop covering up each others Call offs and tardies. I Personally hate not dislike hate what this store has become with you and your bullies running it. I thought They were supposed to move store ASTLS around .What makes this store the exception?

@5ahg mostly you’d just need specifics. Like, on this date this TM was late, but then their scheduled time was changed after the fact.

Oh my gosh! Depending on the store, a lot of the underhanded changes are made with the STL’s knowledge, but would swear they didn’t know anything. No one would be fired. Well, the person making an issue of leadership involvement would be fired.

@4jjs+1astX44J what happens with tardies, call offs and no call no shows? Can they just be ignored or does the time have to be corrected/adjusted? Who can I report this to besides store leadership and tms?

Every change in Kronos is logged, with the TM ID of the person who made the change and when. Leadership could change schedules to cover up attendance, but if caught, they’d lose their job.

@2nml+1astX44J or anyone who can answer the question. Is there a way to back track changes made in kronos? I have names and dates and pics of the schedules. Onemore question . Should changes made in Kronos be documented on the original schedule before filed? Thanks in advance.

If a team member has a skill that's hard to replace or TL just does want to have to find someone and get them up to speed, that skilled tm can do whatever they want and not get fired. Late days and absences are just not recorded. Or, TL goes in and deletes what ATL has recorded. Don't think or say it can't happen because it does. Also good friends of leadership STL can pretty well write their own ticket.

Leadership here. It's easy to cover for your favorite team members with a simple Kronos adjustment post shift. Would never do it myself, but it's entirely realistic this does happen.

Depending on your leadership status, you can apparently edit Times and schedules in Kronos. Makes me sick to my stomach. They do this at my store meanwhile some of us are on finals for the same thing

If you hate it you should leave...you can not make changes in that company...if there was a unionized workforce there might be a chance to make changes...without a contract you guys are powerless...if Amazon is rewarding u guys with stock at some kind of discount good for you if not I would unionize to fight the power
