I applied for my 275th job today since being laid off in October. If you still have a job at 2U, you better be looking for work now. Don't wait for the next round of layoffs. It's pretty bleak out here.

I've been applying like crazy since being laid off at the end of September. It is absolutely brutal, but keep trying and take breaks when you need it for mental health because it really is exhausting. I've gone through several interviews and still not able to land the right role so it's not about a lack of skills.
There was a time when 2U actually had a No A-hole policy!
Must’ve been a DEI hire at 2U now applying to merit based positions.
Post ID: @2mwx+1smW4tBd, 2u hired Fffffffffffaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrr too many of people like you! You display the maturity of a 7 year old!
What a miserable person you appear to be!
Seek help for that headspace of yours!
Sounds like 2U cut deadweight with you.
What's your skillset?

507 for me since January 2023. I even started submitting application weeks before being let go from the company. I’ve had about 7 interviews but all were local, in-office jobs. I’ve had no luck at all with any remote jobs. They probably just pass my application as soon as they see 2U, the shady tech company that failed, on my resume. It’s very discouraging.
For those who come on here to ask why people are still at 2U or to say no one is forcing them to stay: FU-K YOU.
Best of luck to everyone else looking for better opportunities.
With hundreds of people able to just click a button to apply to a job within hours of a posting (remote positions), I’m not sure how anyone is getting noticed.
At this point I feel like my only chance is through a connection/referral.
Good luck to everyone trying. I know how discouraging it can me.
