Agreed - mostly only the dead weight is left ADP... and most of those are kiss-up, no-talent, hacks that tow the company line for chicken sc-aps and fear of being exposed for not having any skills and then fired for incompetence. I could give dozens and dozens of examples, but I am sure you can probably build a list yourselves and know exactly what I am saying is true.
A rational and dispassionate analysis of ADP that results in the pointing out of valid problems with this company is not "bitterness". Using the "bitterness" claim is a cheap shot to try to discredit any discussion that puts ADP in a negative light. A serious analysis, either good or bad, should be tolerated and not ridiculed. Facts should be addressed, not emotion.
Gotta agree with the last poster... "feeling sorry" is useless. Help people or shut up.

I have relatives that are still employed at ADP. I agree they should have left at least a decade ago. ADP treats their employees as if they are slaves. ADP turns a blind eye to the amount of work the employee is given and insist they get it done in an 8 hour timeframe which is impossible. Most departments have been cut back to a skeleton crew. Yes, the employee can and should leave, but that doesn't make it right the way ADP treats people. ADP owes each person a paycheck which they get but ADP also owes the overtime which they do not want to pay.
Why so bitter? Are you a current employee and if so, you are what you call "dead weight". If not a current employee, then why are you so angry that you have to post on a forum for your former employer? Either way, I feel sorry for you and your anger.
