How certain is the news that there is another round of layoffs coming in March ?

I got word from an EF manager who is now OnSemi that a Q2 action was being planned back in Nov 2022. Also, that GF and Onsemi singed a non- compete clause for cross hiring for up to a year from employee separation.
It would make sense to do before March 17 so WARN notice wasn't for nothing

With the aggressive moves of cost-savings initiatives, and the economy getting worse, it is a no-brainer that there will be more layoffs. It is going to happen, and no one should be surprised.
