DWW is 59; do we still have 6years of cost cutting to the bone and will it bite him before he retires or will it be the poor soul behind him aka GE and Jack Welch again. Shareholders should be concerned on the short term. What will be left for his legacy….

@2lyj+1sbpq0Q8 If you're going to troll, at least be creative about it.
DW is a great leader, he is truly inspirational. His number one priority is the safety of employees
DW is just a placeholder, not a real leader.
Board just waiting on a bad event that can be blamed on him then will gladly sacrifice him.
With recent trends, likely to replace him with outsider new hire.
Everyone hoping KM does not move to that position.
The Board won't let DW go anytime soon. He's here whether he likes it or not. Regardless of how much he makes, the Company owns him! He couldn't leave if he wanted!
All that work for one tenth of the cost contained one tenth of the quality.
You call it good work, we call it potential root causes.
I have never seen any deliverables from BTC that did not require rework, except spreadsheets, a spreadsheet with no thought, creativity, or experience, is well within the capabilities of BTC.
What has he done with the stock price? It’s all been driven by turbulence in the market and oil prices, so when the stock price goes down, will he be forced to leave like many loyal employees.
We need DW to stay until 65! Just look at the stock price!
When there are not enough knowledgeable people left in Spring? Really? There were never ANY knowledgeable people in Spring. You don’t even show up for work and then try to take credit for the quality work we did and we did it for one tenth the cost of you. All you do is sit at home, complain about how overworked you are and delay project design to justify your golden paycheck and then complain that your raise was not enough.
Was MM over Polaris ?
When there are not enough knowledgeable people left in Spring to correct the outright dangerous design deliverables coming from BTC, there must be someone to hold accountable. BTC low cost, low knowledge, low quality, is a root cause looking for a place to happen. EM senior management do not realize that all the successful products from BTC were horrible for first three iterations that Spring corrected, they only see the 4th correct iteration and assume BTC created good product.
Maybe the disaster will be so big that Darren takes the blame. Think Exxon Valdez scale.
After Polaris. he will claim it to be a great success, celebrate, then wish his successor good luck as he packs to enjoy his retirement.
